Help for two vulnerable women - Asylum Seekers

Two East European women, one a young widow with 2 children, the other an abandoned wife of 3, all of whom are of Primary School age, need your help.

They are fighting the threat of deportation to their home country which would place them in danger of : forced marriage, removal of their children , and put them at risk of sexual Trafficking.

Such a removal would violate their human rights and confront both families with a grave risk to their physical and mental health.

Both women applied for Asylum in the UK in search for a safer future. However, their initial cases were refused and this situation has been un -resolved since January 2017.

Asylum Seekers Charity Event at St Peters

Fundraising with the SVP team at St Peter's Church, Roath Cardiff. A wonderful initiative in support of Syrian refugees. Please do keep them in your prayers as we continue to raise awareness about this urgent situation. Also, we are reaching out to members of the community who would like to support/help the team with practical and professional experience.
